LYRHE is a boutique managed IT and business operations consultancy. We started in 2025 in Wangaratta, regional Victoria, with one belief: small businesses deserve the same quality of technology partnership that big businesses pay handsomely for — just at their scale, in their language, and on their terms.
LYRHE stands for Local Yet Remote, Helping Everybody. Three ideas that we treat as non-negotiable, not slogans.
Local — based in Wangaratta, accountable to the community we work in.
Yet Remote — modern tools mean we can support clients across all of Victoria without the old "we'll come out next Tuesday" routine.
Helping Everybody — whoever you are, however your business looks, you're welcome here.
If we use a technical term, we explain it. You should leave every conversation with us understanding more, not less. We measure our success partly by how confident our clients sound when they talk about their own IT.
Flat monthly fees mean we're paid to keep things running well — not to bill more hours when they don't. If something's broken, we want it fixed; we don't profit from problems.
LYRHE is queer-owned and trans-led. That's not a marketing line — it shapes how we run the business. Pronouns respected, identities respected, no awkward dance to be yourself when we work together.
We live and work in regional Victoria. We're not a faceless overseas help desk. When something matters, you talk to a real person who has skin in your community.
We won't scare you into buying things you don't need. Security matters — but so does honesty about what your actual risk looks like. We'd rather tell you the truth than oversell you.
We'd rather work with you for ten years than churn you in twelve months. That means setting things up properly, documenting our work, and never holding your accounts hostage.

But the same commitment applies to every client, full stop.
